Venue
The meetings are organized by CNR-IIT and will be hosted at the National Research Council of Italy (CNR) located in Rome, Piazzale Aldo Moro 7, in the city centre of Rome, and near the main train station (Stazione Roma Termini). See also the CNR website how to reach the CNR headquaters.
The meetings will start on October 30 at 14:00 at CNR.

Please note that you will need to deposit your personal ID to get a VISITOR BADGE.
2. Once you have the visitor badge, exit the main entrance and turn right, at the corner turn right again until you reach the secondary entrance, via dei Ramni
The registration desk is on the 1st floor.
Hotels
October is still high season in Rome and options for blocks of rooms cannot be obtained. However, accomodation opportunities in Rome (and near the CNR venue) can easily satisfy the needs and preferences of all the attendees. You can book your preferred accommodation directly at the hotel or via booking websites.
