Plan Loire Grandeur Nature (PLGN) will be the direct end user of the application in France. Since the beginning of the 1990's, the PLGN gathers a multidisciplinary team involving the Public Institution for the Loire River Management (namely EPALA, Etablissement Public pour l'Aménagement de la Loire Amont), the French Loire- Bretagne Watershed Agency (namely Agence de l'Eau Loire-Bretagne) which is in charge of implementing the Loire-Bretagne Watershed Management Plan (namely, Schéma Directeur d'Aménagement et de Gestion des Eaux, SDAGE) as defined by the French Water Law (January 1992). At the national level, the French Ministry for Land Management and Environment (namely Ministère de l'Aménagement du Territoire et de l'Environnement) might use the ANFAS results and methodology for implementing the National Hazard Risk Prevention Plan which includes Flood Risk Prevention Plan (namely, Plan Protection Risques Inondation).
