While the workshop is open to the general public, only invited guests will be reimbursed for their travel and accommodation expenses.

Please note that there are no registration fees but registration is mandatory for participating in the workshop.

InterLink is a project funded by the European Commission. Thus, there are a few rules to abide by when requesting reimbursement for travel related expenses:
  • For travel by air, economy class air fare only will be reimbursed. The purchase of modifiable/refundable plane tickets is allowed when prior permission has been obtained from the ERCIM administration.
  • For travel by air, the orginal ticket plus the original boarding pass ticket stubs must be submitted along with the reimbursement form (to be provided at the venue).
  • For travel by train, first class train tickets are allowed.
  • For travel by car, the amount accepted for reimbursement equals the cost of a first class train ticket for the same journey.
ERCIM will reimburse the hotel costs for the duration of the workshop (28-29 July). In addition, the hotel costs for the nights of 26, 27 and 29 July (departure Wednesday 30 July ) for non local participants can be covered, if it results in a substantial reduction of the airfare.
The Reimbursement Form should be completed and returned to ERCIM along with accompanying receipts by 29 August 2008.
