Information on Reimbursement
Participation in the workshop is by invitation only.
InterLink is a project funded by the European Commission. Thus, there are a few rules to abide by when requesting reimbursement for travel related expenses:
- For travel by air, economy class air fare only will be reimbursed. The purchase of modifiable/refundable plane tickets is allowed when prior permission has been obtained from the ERCIM administration.
- For travel by air, the orginal ticket plus the original boarding pass ticket stubs must be submitted along with the reimbursement form (to be provided at the venue).
- For travel by train, first class train tickets are allowed.
- For travel by car, the amount accepted for reimbursement equals the cost of a first class train ticket for the same journey.
The Reimbursement Form should be completed and returned to ERCIM along with accompanying receipts by 4 January 2008.
